UAE petrol and diesel prices for November 2026: expected Special 95, Super 98, E-Plus 91 and diesel rates per litre, the announcement date, tank costs and a December outlook.
Updated 30 October 2026. The UAE Fuel Price Committee has not yet announced the November 2026 rates. The announcement is expected on Saturday 31 October, with the new prices taking effect on 1 November. This page sets out what drivers should expect, based on how crude oil moved during October and how UAE pump prices have followed it in recent months. The expected figures below are MotorCar estimates. We will replace them with the official rates as soon as they are published.
Our estimate is a fourth monthly rise in a row, taking Special 95 to about AED 4.52 per litre and Super 98 to about AED 4.65. That would put both grades at or just above the record levels of July 2022 (AED 4.52 for Special 95 and AED 4.63 for Super 98).
| Fuel type | October 2026 (official) | November 2026 (expected range) | Expected change |
|---|---|---|---|
| Super 98 | 4.40 | 4.62 to 4.69 | +22 to +29 fils |
| Special 95 | 4.28 | 4.49 to 4.56 | +21 to +28 fils |
| E-Plus 91 | 4.21 | 4.42 to 4.48 | +21 to +27 fils |
| Diesel | 4.80 | 5.00 to 5.10 | +20 to +30 fils |
All prices are in AED per litre and apply at ADNOC, ENOC, EPPCO and other fuel retailers across the UAE. The October figures are official, as reported by Khaleej Times. The November ranges are estimates.
The committee sets pump prices each month in line with global fuel markets. The clearest guide is the monthly average of Brent crude, because that is what the previous month's average feeds into. Using daily prices published by the US Energy Information Administration, Brent averaged about $84 a barrel in July, $91 in August, $114 in September and about $124 in October (to 27 October). October peaked at $135.5 on 2 October and eased back to around $115 in the final week.
UAE pump prices do not move one for one with crude, because distribution costs and VAT make up a fixed part of the price. Over the last two months, petrol rose by roughly two thirds of the crude percentage change: a 25 percent crude rise from August to September became a 16 percent petrol rise in October, and a 9 percent crude rise from July to August became a 6 percent petrol rise in September. October's crude average is about 8 to 9 percent above September's, which points to a petrol rise of about 5 to 6.5 percent in November. That is the basis for the ranges above.
Two things could push the result outside those ranges. Freight and insurance costs for Gulf cargoes have risen sharply this year, which Gulf News notes could add to the increase. On the other side, the committee has in the past rounded increases down when crude was already falling at the end of the month, as it was in late October.

At the middle of our Special 95 estimate (AED 4.52), a 50 litre sedan tank would cost about AED 226, compared with AED 214 in October and AED 184.50 in September. A 100 litre SUV tank would cost about AED 452, up from AED 428. For a driver filling up four times a month, that is roughly AED 48 to 96 more each month than in October, and AED 165 to 330 more than in September.
December's prices will depend on where Brent averages during November, so anything said now is an outlook, not a forecast. Three scenarios cover the likely range:
We will update this outlook at the end of November, when the December rates are announced.
The UAE Fuel Price Committee is expected to announce November's rates on Saturday 31 October 2026. The new prices take effect on 1 November and apply for the whole month.
MotorCar estimates AED 4.49 to 4.56 per litre, up from the official October rate of AED 4.28. The official figure will replace this estimate once it is announced.
Possibly. The records from July 2022 are AED 4.63 for Super 98 and AED 4.52 for Special 95. Our estimates put Super 98 at AED 4.62 to 4.69 and Special 95 at AED 4.49 to 4.56, so both grades could match or pass those levels.
If Brent crude stays near its late October level of $110 to $115, December prices would likely fall by 5 to 7 percent, taking Special 95 back to about AED 4.20 to 4.30. If crude rises again during November, prices would stay flat or increase.
The committee's announcement is carried by WAM and UAE newspapers on the last day of each month, and the new rates appear on ADNOC Distribution and ENOC station pricing pages from the first of the month. Our monthly fuel price guide keeps a running record for 2026.
